The Christian Women’s Studies Program is a structured educational environment facilitated by Hyatt Int'l Ministries, Inc., established in 1984 by Drs. Eddie and Susan Hyatt in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas. Hyatt Int’l Ministries is a WORD & SPIRIT-oriented ministry doing its part to fulfill the Great Commission by teaching in word and deed what Jesus taught in word and deed. The Founders believe it is vital that Christians seek to develop both a BELIEF SYSTEM contingent on the Bible, accurately interpreted, and a VALUE SYSTEM reflecting the Nature of God. It exists to
EQUIP women with information, tools, relationships, credentials, and opportunities to be more effective leaders and change agents in society and the church.
EDUCATE women regarding biblical womanhood and biblical leadership, as revealed both in Scripture, accurately interpreted, beginning with Jesus Christ, and by the activity of the Holy Spirit, particularly in revival history.
PROVIDE opportunities for women to learn, live, and teach the biblical model of equality, and so build up the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
The Program Honors
† The Lordship of Jesus Christ
† The Authority of the Bible as the Word of God
† The Leadership of the Holy Spirit
† The Importance of Academically Informed Positions
† The Importance of Revival Movements in Church History
† The Necessity of Biblical Values
† The Priesthood of All Believers
The Program Teaches
† The Bible, accurately interpreted, teaches the equality of women and men in terms of substance and value, privilege and responsibility, function and authority.
† The Holy Spirit has elevated women toward equality with men to the extent that the culture yields to biblical values. This is best observed during times of revival.
† The Bible teaches that men and women are to function according to giftings and abilities rather than according to roles based on gender dictated by fallen human and religious cultures.
